ICT Technician – Lenel Systems

About the role

Amentum is looking for an ICT Technician specialized in Lenel systems to support the OASIS departments in Alice Springs. The role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and project tasks with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on all electronic systems managed by IT.
• Plan and procure equipment, tools, and materials required for tasks.
• Perform initial fault‑finding analysis and implement solutions.
• Maintain reliable operation of the security system and repair site electronics such as CATV, DVDs, and projectors.
• Install and repair fiber‑optic networks linked to IT infrastructure.
• Maintain electronic circuits and schematic diagrams.
• Support project efforts as required and ensure health‑and‑safety compliance on site.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with varied stakeholders.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and US citizenship.

Required skills

• Lenel certification.
• Experience with MS Office operating system.
• Knowledge of fiber‑optic installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with CATV, DVD, projector systems.
• Understanding of electronic circuits and schematic diagrams.
