ICT Graduate Technologist

About the role

Lifeblood is offering two fixed‑term, full‑time Graduate Technologist positions based at its Melbourne Processing Centre. Over a two‑year period you will rotate through multiple ICT teams, gaining hands‑on experience in areas such as cyber security, AI, automation and application development.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a 12‑month rotation in one ICT team followed by two 6‑month rotations in different specialties.
• Contribute to AI innovation projects, data analytics and generative AI initiatives.
• Develop and support integrations using the Boomi platform.
• Design and build internal applications with Java, React, React Native, JavaScript and Node.js.
• Assist business users in the citizen‑developer program using Power Platform.
• Perform business analysis, market research and support procurement activities.
• Participate in test automation, DevOps, networking and server management tasks.
• Engage in cyber‑security activities such as assurance, identity management and security operations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn across diverse ICT domains.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with business stakeholders.
