Hygiene Service Technician – North Brisbane

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Hygiene Service Technician to deliver washroom hygiene services across North Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. The role offers autonomy, a company‑provided van and the chance to build lasting client relationships while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning, restocking and maintenance of washroom facilities for commercial clients.
• Travel to assigned locations (Eagle Farm, Samford, Albion, Mitchelton, Everton Park and nearby areas) using a fully‑maintained company van.
• Use company‑provided mobile app/tablet to record service activities, report issues and manage inventory.
• Adhere to client‑specific hygiene protocols and Initial safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and communicate feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Current, valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Eligibility to work full‑time in Australia.
• Previous experience in cleaning or a related service industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently over long distances.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a mobile service application on a tablet or smartphone.
