Hygiene Service Technician

About the role

Join Initial Hygiene as a Hygiene Service Technician and enjoy the freedom of working on the road across the Canberra area. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality hygiene solutions to a variety of customers, from offices and schools to aged‑care facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and ad‑hoc hygiene services, including washroom cleaning, restocking, and sanitisation.
• Travel to client sites using a fully‑maintained company van and complete work orders via a mobile app.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and report any issues to the local service manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities for additional services.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
• Self‑motivated with a strong problem‑solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Required skills

• Confident use of a mobile phone service app or tablet for job management.
