Hygiene Installer – Melbourne

About the role

Join a leading hygiene services provider as a Hygiene Installer, delivering product installations, repairs and maintenance across Melbourne and surrounding regions. You will work independently in the field, managing your own schedule while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs, and removals of hygiene products in customer washrooms, including first aid servicing, steam treatments, hardware setups and item replacements.
• Manage a planned route within your assigned zone, covering the Northern Suburbs, Bendigo and Seymour areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify on‑site client needs and suggest improvements to service standards.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record.
• Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one).
• Confidence using mobile phone apps and tablets for daily scheduling and service logging.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to complete pre‑employment checks, including medical assessment, references and police check.
