Human Resources Executive – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Multi‑Property Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition) will join Marriott International’s HR team in Perth, supporting several hotel brands. You will lead full‑cycle recruitment and provide day‑to‑day HR administration across a high‑volume hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for all properties, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build proactive talent pools for high‑volume and critical roles.
• Perform HR administration tasks, coordinate HR activities and support contract preparation.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure service excellence throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support TakeCare (Workplace Culture) events and act as the first point of contact for general HR enquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within hospitality or a similar fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools and referrals.
• Self‑motivated, driven and able to thrive in a high‑volume setting.
• Meticulous attention to detail for administrative tasks.
• Proficient with ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
