Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join the Peter Kittle Motor Company group. This role offers comprehensive training, exposure to multiple sites, and the chance to make a visible impact on HR, payroll, and safety compliance across our award‑winning automotive business.

Key responsibilities

• Centralise and coordinate HR documentation and maintain personnel records.
• Assist in developing and updating company policies and procedures.
• Administer pre‑employment and recruitment services.
• Support leave management and prepare HR reports for management.
• Coordinate training bookings and related travel.
• Onboard new employees into the payroll system and compile fortnightly payrolls.
• Maintain safety compliance and ensure adherence to workplace policies.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in an HR coordination role.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management.
• Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and Modern Awards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid full driver’s licence and ability to obtain a National Police Certificate.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
