Human Resources Business Partner – Kwinana Plant

About the role

Tronox is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the Kwinana Pigment Plant team. Based 35 minutes south of Perth, you will work closely with front‑line leaders to drive people‑focused initiatives that enhance collaboration, productivity and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead recruitment, change management, remuneration and employee‑relations activities.
• Manage performance, case management and succession planning processes.
• Coach managers to build high‑performance cultures and develop workforce capability.
• Design and implement people‑and‑culture programs and supporting processes.
• Provide consulting advice on complex industrial‑relations matters and HR systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, change management, compensation, employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
