Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Based at Thomas Foods International’s Tamworth processing facility, the Human Resources Business Partner provides practical, on‑the‑ground HR support to line managers and their teams. You will partner closely with leaders to understand workforce needs, resolve people challenges and implement initiatives that boost performance, engagement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support and coaching to leaders and supervisors.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Assist with employee‑relations matters and conduct workplace investigations.
• Deliver HR initiatives aligned to business needs.
• Maintain HR compliance and accurate documentation.
• Build strong working relationships across the site.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong employee‑relations and problem‑solving capability.
• Confidence working with leaders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to build trust and influence at all organisational levels.
• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
• Hands‑on, team‑focused approach with accountability for outcomes.
• Formal HR qualifications are not essential; experience and capability are key.
