Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business growth objectives.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, workplace matters and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with Australian employment law and mitigate HR risk.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and workforce planning activities.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, remuneration and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate payroll processes with external providers.
• Drive employee engagement, culture and wellbeing initiatives locally.
• Establish and improve HR processes, systems and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Formal HR qualification.
• 5+ years experience in a generalist or HR Business Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organisations.
• Proven ability to influence and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Hands‑on, adaptable mindset with capacity to operate strategically and operationally.
