Human Resources Assistant

About the role

Mandurah Baptist College, an independent co-educational Christian school with over 1,500 students, is seeking an organised, detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join its Human Resources team on a part-time basis (0.4 FTE). The role starts in January 2027 on a 12-month maximum term contract and reports to the HR Manager.

The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support across a range of HR functions, including employment documentation, long service leave administration, employee review processes, routine reporting and HR systems. The role contributes to the effective delivery of HR services within a supportive Christian school community.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience in a similar HR administration or support role is preferred
• Written confirmation of faith from your church pastor or minister
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• National Police Certificate (NPC)
• Valid Australian work rights to apply for the position
