Human Resources Advisor – Jundee Operations

About the role

Join the site‑based HR team at Jundee Operations, a key gold mining site in Western Australia. This permanent full‑time position operates on an 8‑days‑on, 6‑days‑off roster with fly‑in‑fly‑out arrangements to Perth, reporting to the HR Superintendent.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to supervisors and managers on employment and industrial relations matters.
• Partner with leadership teams to engage and support employees, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees on HR and payroll queries.
• Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics to ensure alignment with site objectives.
• Assist in employee‑related investigations and facilitate issue resolution using a risk‑management approach.
• Deliver site‑based leadership training and present HR information to teams.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of company‑wide HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Administer high‑volume contract variations and manage employee transfers between sites.
• Maintain and update HR data, including organisational charts, databases, and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the resources sector.
• Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is advantageous.
• Genuine passion for the Australian gold mining industry and a strong commitment to safety.
