Human Resource Planning Consultant – TechnologyOne (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced TechnologyOne Human Resource Planning (HRP) consultant to join our growing team. The role is full‑time, permanent and remote, supporting Australian clients as they implement and optimise TechnologyOne HRP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Design, configure and implement TechnologyOne HRP products across multiple client environments.
• Provide expert guidance on Human Resource Planning systems and best practices.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery and customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solution proposals and documentation.

Required profile

• Based in Australia and able to work remotely.
• Solid consulting experience with TechnologyOne HRP implementations.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Proven ability to work with both technical and business audiences.

Required skills

• TechnologyOne HRP product experience.
• Strong consulting and implementation expertise.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource Planning systems.
