About the role
We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our rapidly growing TechnologyOne HRP practice. The role is fully remote for Australia‑based professionals and focuses on delivering high‑quality Human Resource Planning solutions using TechnologyOne products.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Implement and configure TechnologyOne HRP solutions across multiple client environments.
- Provide expert guidance on Human Resource Planning systems and best practices.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, high‑quality solutions.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong consulting background with a focus on HRP implementations.
- Passion for customer advocacy and delivering compelling experiences.
Required skills
- TechnologyOne HRP product experience (essential).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource Planning systems.
