Human Resource Planning Consultant – TechnologyOne

About the role

We are seeking an experienced TechnologyOne HRP consultant to join a fast‑growing team delivering Human Resource Planning solutions across Australia. The role is fully remote and focuses on implementing and supporting TechnologyOne HRP products for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of TechnologyOne HRP solutions from design through to go‑live.
• Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide expert advice and troubleshooting for existing HRP systems.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Solid consulting experience with TechnologyOne HRP products.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality HRP implementations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and business audiences.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for satisfaction.
