Human Resource Business Partner – Touring

About the role

Journey Beyond is looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to support its touring businesses. Reporting to the General Manager of Human Resources – Rail & Touring, you will provide strategic HR guidance and day‑to‑day operational support across a diverse portfolio of travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding for touring operations.
• Coach and mentor people leaders on performance management, talent development and employee engagement.
• Manage employee relations issues and provide industrial relations expertise.
• Drive change initiatives and key HR projects that improve business outcomes.
• Support learning and development programmes tailored to the tourism sector.

Required profile

• Proven HR experience delivering high‑quality solutions in a fast‑moving environment.
• Resilient, adaptable all‑rounder with strong industrial and employee‑relations knowledge.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and partner effectively with business units.
