HSE Systems Improvement & Reporting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HSE Systems Improvement & Reporting Specialist who will drive digital transformation of health, safety and environment (HSE) processes. You will turn complex safety data into clear insights that support executive and board‑level decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of HSE systems, reporting frameworks and digital tools.
• Ensure data governance, quality assurance and reporting integrity across multiple platforms.
• Design and maintain dashboards, performance reports and business insights using Power BI and other digital solutions.
• Analyse leading and lagging safety indicators to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Support governance, assurance and critical‑control reporting for executive and board audiences.
• Implement automation and AI‑enabled approaches to increase efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with operations, projects, technology and leadership teams to embed new systems and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HSE systems, reporting, governance, analytics or continuous‑improvement roles.
• Strong ability to solve problems, improve processes and influence change through data.
• Solid understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, risk management and critical‑control principles.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with a passion for innovation.
