HSE Systems Improvement & Reporting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HSE Systems Improvement & Reporting Specialist to lead digital transformation of health, safety and environment (HSE) systems. You will turn complex safety data into actionable insights that support executive and board‑level decision making across a complex operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of HSE systems, reporting frameworks and digital tools.
• Drive data governance, quality assurance and reporting integrity across multiple platforms.
• Create dashboards, performance reports and business insights using Power BI and other digital solutions.
• Analyse leading and lagging indicators to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Support governance, assurance and critical‑control reporting for executive and board audiences.
• Implement automation and AI‑enabled approaches to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with operations, projects, technology and leadership teams to embed new systems and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HSE systems, reporting, governance, analytics or continuous‑improvement roles.
• Strong ability to solve problems, improve processes and influence change through data.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with a passion for innovation.
