About the role
Lead the operational management, governance and continuous improvement of Uniting's HR technology landscape. This newly created senior position focuses on Dayforce (myPATH) and its integrations, supporting over 12,000 employees and volunteers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Tier 2 HR systems support and help‑desk operations, monitoring service levels and ticket escalation.
- Maintain Dayforce administration, workflows, integrations and user access while ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.
- Identify trends, drive sustainable improvements and promote a "adopt not adapt" approach to Dayforce.
- Partner with HRIS specialists on system enhancements, upgrades, testing and release readiness.
- Oversee HR reporting, dashboards and analytics, ensuring data accuracy and using insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with People Experience, Digital, HR specialists and business stakeholders to simplify processes and maximise technology value.
Required profile
- Significant experience leading HR systems and process teams in a large organisation.
- Strong governance, data integrity and risk‑management capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive technology adoption.
Required skills
- Dayforce (myPATH) administration and configuration.
- HRIS system management and integration.
- Tier 2 support and help‑desk operations.
- Data analytics, reporting and dashboard creation.
- Change and release management for HR technology.
