HR Systems Analyst

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to join its South Melbourne team. You will play a critical role in driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the company’s HR technology landscape, primarily Workday.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 Workday support, troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and maintain security roles and foundational data.
• Support system optimisation by analysing performance, contributing to configuration improvements, and identifying process efficiencies.
• Assist with project planning, testing, rollout of Workday updates, enhancements, and new module implementations using structured methodologies.
• Contribute to data management through reporting, data integrity maintenance, and understanding of Workday security and access controls.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and vendors, documenting system processes, workflows, and technical improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive troubleshooting, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work independently.
• Experience in a Level 2 support environment for HCM systems.

Required skills

• Workday – Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Talent modules.
• Functional configuration of Workday.
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) development.
