HR Recruitment Officer

About the role

SRG Global is seeking an HR Recruitment Officer to lead blue‑collar recruitment and onboarding across Western Australia. This permanent, full‑time position works closely with hiring managers and site teams to meet workforce needs in mining, construction and industrial services.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and operational teams to define workforce requirements.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, SEEK and other platforms, build talent pools and guide applicants through the recruitment journey.
• Advertise roles, screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews and coordinate pre‑employment checks.
• Prepare offer letters, support mobilisation and organise inductions for new hires.
• Maintain employee records in the SuccessFactors ATS.
• Represent SRG Global at industry events, workshops and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Background in recruitment, HR or an external agency environment.
• Experience recruiting blue‑collar, trades, labour‑hire or site‑based roles.
• Exposure to construction, engineering, mining, resources or industrial services is highly regarded.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail with a focus on compliance.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
