HR Manager – Strategic & Community Impact

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce strategy, organisational design and leadership support.
• Lead end‑to‑end HR services including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and development.
• Design and maintain corporate governance, policy frameworks and compliance processes.
• Provide workforce reporting, organisational insights and executive dashboards.
• Manage organisational risk, focusing on people‑related and WHS risks.
• Oversee WHS compliance, workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work programs.
• Build a high‑performing, culturally safe workplace.

Required profile

• Experienced HR Manager or senior generalist ready to step up.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Work, employment relations/industrial relations and WHS frameworks.
• Confident influencing leaders and handling complex people matters.
• Hands‑on, commercially minded and values‑driven.
• Passion for contributing to a culturally inclusive organisation.
