HR Learning Coordinator – Leadership Initiatives (9‑month contract)

About the role

Join Suncorp’s Enterprise Talent and Leadership team as an HR Learning Coordinator. In this 9‑month contract you will help shape and deliver leadership initiatives that support the company’s strategy, working in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Project and programme manage a portfolio of leadership initiatives.
• Monitor performance, evaluate outcomes and implement improvements to enhance quality.
• Manage vendors and procurement processes for talent and leadership programmes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
• Contribute to strategic talent and leadership projects.

Required profile

• Exposure to Learning, Organisational Development, HR or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in delivering learning programmes, reporting and project management (non‑negotiable).
• Experience with learning management systems, procurement and vendor management processes.
