HR Coordinator

About the role

Intrax is seeking an HR Coordinator to support its people programs and enhance employee experience. In this generalist position you will work closely with the HR team and business stakeholders, gaining broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, letters, HR documentation and maintain accurate people records and systems.
• Assist with onboarding, probation reviews, employee changes, promotions, transfers and off‑boarding activities.
• Coordinate and support delivery of people initiatives across engagement, performance, learning and development, wellbeing, recognition and culture.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support recruitment activities, interview scheduling and candidate experience.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and insights that support workforce planning and informed decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and the employee experience through efficient and consistent practices.
• Respond to HR enquiries, provide guidance on policies, processes and people programs, and escalate matters when required.
