HR Coordinator

About the role

The HR Coordinator will support the People Experience Pillar by delivering a consistent and engaging employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Based in our Port Macquarie office, you will work closely with the Mid North Coast team to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations including onboarding, off‑boarding, contracts, HRIS data management and compliance.
• Partner with leaders to provide practical advice on employee relations, performance and development.
• Manage workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve people systems, processes and overall employee experience.

Required profile

• Formal qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high‑standard customer service to all stakeholders.
• Accurate computer and data‑entry skills.
