HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and personable HR Coordinator to be the primary on‑site point of contact for our Sydney office. This role blends front‑facing HR support with day‑to‑day office operations, creating a welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the front‑desk point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and partners.
• Act as a go‑to resource for HR‑related questions, directing inquiries to the appropriate teams.
• Support onboarding of in‑person Sydney employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including supplies, grocery orders, vendor coordination, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate office logistics such as catering, team launches, and workplace events.
• Oversee office budget tracking and expenses.
• Serve as the on‑the‑ground liaison between HQ and the Sydney office.
• Assist with office renovations and workplace improvement projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and high‑functioning office environment.
• Provide occasional after‑hours support as needed.
