HR Advisor – Site Based (Weipa)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Advisor to join our Weipa operations team. Embedded on site, you will partner with operational leaders and frontline staff to shape culture, safety, and performance through people‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end HR services including employee relations, case management, investigations, grievances, and complaints.
• Support recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation processes.
• Deliver HR reporting, people metrics, and data‑driven insights to identify risks and improve outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, simplifying workflows and leveraging analytics.
• Build strong partnerships with local, regional, and global HR teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
