HR Administrator

About the role

Join a high‑performing Workforce Team in Perth and provide essential administrative support for global HR operations. You will manage employee‑lifecycle processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure a high standard of service for employees, leaders and HR stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with HR Business Partners, business leaders and employees on transactional HR changes.
• Create employment contracts and other HR documentation.
• Enter employee and contractual changes into HR systems.
• Interpret and administer remuneration adjustments.
• Manage and respond to employee enquiries via the case‑management system.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce manual processing.
• Prioritise multiple deadlines in a high‑volume environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR administration.
• Experience using an enterprise HRIS.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume administrative workloads.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication with stakeholders across the business.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage competing deadlines.
