Housekeeping Supervisor – Lead Team

About the role

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at Drifter’s Bondi location. You will ensure rooms and shared areas are spotless, comfortable and ready to impress guests while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of housekeepers to deliver consistent cleaning standards.
• Create and manage rosters, track timesheets and ensure adequate staffing.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces, reporting maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with front‑desk and maintenance departments to resolve guest requests.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest interactions related to housekeeping and resolve any issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality cleaning environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Experience with roster and timesheet management.
