Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at Mövenpick Hotel Hobart, a 221‑room premium hotel located in the heart of Hobart’s CBD. You will be responsible for delivering clean, comfortable rooms and contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service all allocated guest rooms in line with brand standards.
• Restock and maintain the housekeeping trolley.
• Check and replenish room supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors and public areas.

Required profile

• Warm and caring personality.
• Previous housekeeping experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide a professional, welcoming service.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
