Housekeeper – Emerald Beach

About the role

Join the G’day Group team as a Housekeeper at Emerald Beach, where you will ensure guest rooms and communal areas are spotless and welcoming. You will work to the highest standards of cleanliness, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest accommodations, including making beds, dusting, and sanitising bathrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of communal areas such as lounges, corridors, and outdoor spaces.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following company procedures.
• Perform light to moderate lifting (up to 20 kg), kneeling, and squatting as required.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work a 7‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid driver’s licence.
