Hotshot Administrator

About the role

Centurion is looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused Hotshot Administrator to join its fast-paced team at the Richlands depot. The role coordinates hotshot transport jobs from initial booking through to delivery, arranging each job efficiently, communicating clearly and completing it within the required timeframes. It suits someone who thrives in a busy environment, has strong problem-solving skills and can manage competing priorities while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate hotshot transport jobs from booking through to completion.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, subcontractors and internal teams to arrange collections and deliveries.
• Source and allocate suitable vehicles and drivers based on job requirements.
• Obtain pricing, prepare quotes and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Monitor jobs in progress and give customers regular updates.
• Manage urgent and time-critical freight requests and respond quickly to changing priorities.
• Enter job details, pricing and documentation accurately into internal systems.
• Resolve transport issues, delays and customer enquiries in a timely and professional way.
• Ensure jobs meet customer requirements and company procedures, and identify ways to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
