Hotel Porter – Guest Services

About the role

Join the Pullman East Melbourne team as a Porter, delivering the first impression of hospitality to our guests. You will be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, assists with luggage, and ensures a smooth arrival experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check‑in procedures.
• Carry and transport guest luggage safely.
• Provide valet parking services for guest vehicles.
• Explain hotel facilities, dining options, and entertainment venues.
• Maintain cleanliness standards at the hotel entrance.
• Offer tourism information and promote the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
• Work flexible 7‑day roster covering AM and PM shifts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Ability to lift heavy luggage and perform physical tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills while also capable of working independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
• C Class manual driver’s licence.
