About the role

Oaks Moranbah Suites, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking an inspiring Hotel Manager to lead the resort’s daily operations. This position offers a hands‑on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all resort operations, ensuring high standards of presentation and service.
• Maintain full compliance with body corporate and strata management regulations.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences through proactive leadership and service excellence.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Inspire, develop, and empower a high‑performing team with a focus on engagement and accountability.
• Identify and implement revenue‑growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with guests, owners, and body corporate stakeholders.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Business Management or a related field.
• Extensive operational and financial management experience within a hotel environment.
• Demonstrated strategic and operational leadership ability.
• Real Estate Licence preferred but not essential.
