About the role

As the first point of contact for guests at Lala Hospitality Group’s venues, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and set the tone for a memorable dining experience. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally warm, confident, and takes pride in delivering excellent front‑of‑house service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor as they arrive.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Communicate guest expectations to the service team and ensure smooth flow during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean and presentable host station and lobby area.
• Assist with guest enquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a front‑of‑house or hosting role.
• Exceptional personal presentation and a naturally warm manner.
• Ability to stay calm, courteous, and organized when the venue is busy.
• Comfortable handling reservations and waitlists.
