Hospitality Executive - All-Rounder

About the role

Accor Hospitality Services is seeking a versatile Hospitality Executive to deliver a premium workplace experience across concierge and hospitality services. You will support tenants, guests and clients by providing exceptional customer service, seamless food & beverage delivery and proactive front‑of‑house assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome tenants, guests and visitors with a professional front‑of‑house presence.
• Provide food and beverage service for meetings, events and hospitality spaces.
• Set up and maintain conference rooms, kitchenettes and lounge areas to high presentation standards.
• Assist with concierge duties, including building enquiries, workspace support, deliveries and tenant requests.
• Engage proactively with occupants throughout the lobby and workplace precinct.
• Coordinate catering requests and support tenant activations, meetings and events.
• Respond to feedback, anticipate needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Support daily operational, administrative and stock‑management tasks while fostering a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer service or premium workplace environments.
• Strong background in food & beverage service, especially in conference, events or lounge settings.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Professional communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Well‑presented, proactive and adaptable, able to work across multiple service areas.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.
