Hospitality Employee - IRT Sarah Claydon

About the role

IRT Sarah Claydon is looking for Hospitality Employees to help create a comfortable and welcoming environment for its residents and their families. The role covers serving meals with care, keeping dining areas clean and supporting resident well-being. Two permanent part-time positions are available.

Key responsibilities

• Work with catering staff to assist with basic meal preparation
• Deliver and serve meals to residents
• Perform general laundry duties, including personal laundry
• Interact with residents and build meaningful relationships
• Follow strict food safety guidelines
• Help with domestic duties such as laundry and cleaning general areas

Available shifts

• Hospitality: Week 1, Saturday 12pm-7:30pm and Sunday 11:30am-6:30pm; Week 2, Saturday 12pm-7:30pm and Sunday 6:30am-2:30pm
• Laundry: Week 1, Thursday and Friday 7am-3:30pm; Week 2, Friday 7am-3:30pm

Required profile

• Experience delivering hospitality services
• An empathetic approach and strong customer service skills
• Experience in a similar role in a health or aged care setting (desirable)
• Availability to work a range of shifts

Required skills

• Food Safety Supervision Certification (desirable)
