About the role

South Coast Radiology (SCR), part of the Australia-wide Integral Diagnostics (IDX) radiology group, is recruiting a Hospital Radiographer for its team at Pindara Private Hospital in Benowa, Gold Coast. The hospital offers a full range of services in X-Ray, CT, MRI and Ultrasound, as well as Nuclear Medicine, so the right candidate can upskill across several modalities. You will image a wide variety of patients, including emergency and hospital patients and those attending outpatient clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Perform radiographic examinations to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care.
• Assist in studies referred from clinicians.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• AHPRA Medical Radiation Practitioner registration.
• Rights to work in Australia.
• Tertiary degree in Medical Imaging Technology (Diagnostic Radiography).
• Demonstrated professional competence in a clinical setting.
• Willingness to commit to shift work and assist in on-call service in a hospital setting.

Required skills

• Experience with Canon CT and GE MRI is advantageous but not essential.
