About the role

ANZ is expanding its Home & Investment Lending team in the south of Perth. As a Home & Investment Lending Manager you will help customers achieve their property goals while driving growth for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers in saving for, purchasing and owning home or investment properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, guiding clients through the entire loan journey.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects ANZ’s service standards.
• Develop personal lending capability through dedicated training and coaching.
• Contribute to the branch’s loan pipeline and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lending and retail banking.
• Background in a sales‑focused role with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
