Home & Investment Lending Manager – Adelaide

About the role

ANZ is expanding its home and investment lending business in Australia and is looking for an experienced manager to lead the Adelaide branch. You will work directly with customers to help them purchase or invest in property while driving the bank’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in saving for, purchasing and owning residential or investment properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the home‑loan journey, providing advice and coaching.
• Generate new business by developing a pipeline of prospective borrowers and meeting sales targets.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience in line with ANZ service standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion and loan turnaround times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lending and retail banking.
• Track record of meeting financial sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team growth.
