Home & Investment Lending Executive – Perth North

About the role

The Home & Investment Lending Executive will help customers save for, purchase, and own their home or investment property while delivering an exceptional loan experience. Based in Perth North, you will work within ANZ’s Retail division, supporting the bank’s growth in the Australian home‑loan market.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the home and investment loan journey, from application to settlement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to generate referrals and a sustainable pipeline.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the division’s growth objectives.
• Provide accurate loan advice and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve turnaround times and service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lending and retail banking.
• Track record of meeting financial sales targets and managing a prospect pipeline.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building abilities.
