Home & Investment Lending Executive

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Home & Investment Lending Executive to join its retail team. You will work from the ANZ branch in Wagga Wagga, helping customers navigate the home‑loan journey and supporting the bank’s growth in the mortgage market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and referral partners.
• Guide customers through the home‑loan application process, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience.
• Meet personal and team lending targets while adhering to compliance and risk standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop advanced lending capabilities.
• Contribute to the branch’s business development initiatives and community outreach.
