Home & Investment Lending Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

ANZ is recruiting Home & Investment Lending Executives across branch locations in the ACT and Illawarra region, in a hybrid arrangement. The role sits within ANZ's lending team, which is growing its lending managers and investing in marketing, activity and lending operations to improve turnaround times and service quality. You will use your knowledge of the local market to build strong customer relationships and coach clients through the home loan journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and coach them through the home loan journey to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Self-source business, similar to mobile lending roles
• Use your knowledge of the local market to promote ANZ and build your network

Required profile

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
• Experience in a sales role with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with a desire to build your network and promote ANZ
• Proactive attitude and willingness to join a productive, supportive and collaborative team

Required skills

• Strong customer focus and networking ability to build customer and community connections
• Financial savviness with a keen attention to detail
• Active use of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
