Home Economics Assistant – School Support Role

About the role

The Darling Range Sports College is looking for an organised and dedicated Home Economics Assistant to support classroom activities and student supervision. This position contributes to a safe and engaging learning environment for students in the Home Economics department.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Home Economics teacher with the care and supervision of students during lessons and practical sessions.
• Support the delivery of planned educational programmes and activities.
• Prepare, maintain and organise equipment, materials and resources required for classes.
• Carry out regular cleaning and tidying of the learning environment as directed.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.
