Holiday HQ Educator – Packenham Lakeside

About the role

As an OSHC Casual Educator you will work primarily at Packenham Lakeside during school holidays, delivering a curated holiday program that includes organised incursions, excursions and in‑house activities such as cookie making, footy drills and dance classes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead children through daily activities, excursions and organised incursions.
• Deliver in‑house programmes ranging from creative crafts to sport and dance.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment and uphold child‑safety policies.
• Potentially support casual shifts during term time if availability permits.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Team player with aspirations to grow and learn.
• Australian working rights and willingness to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State working‑with‑children check and National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding.

Required skills

• Ability to engage children in a variety of activities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
