Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) Manager

About the role

Respect Aged Care is seeking an experienced Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) Manager to join its Sales and Marketing team. The role will provide strategic leadership for the HELF program, ensuring consistent design, promotion, delivery and continuous improvement of premium everyday living services for residents across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the HELF program across all residential homes.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, finance, clinical, hospitality and marketing teams to maximise resident participation.
• Ensure program compliance with the Aged Care Act 2020 and HELF legislative framework.
• Analyse performance data to drive commercial and financial outcomes.
• Travel nationally to support sites and engage stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑site programs or projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian residential aged‑care sector and the Aged Care Act 2020.
• Commercial and financial acumen with data‑analysis experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to obtain a national police check.
