Health and Wellness Advisor (Perth)

About the role

atWork Australia, a national employment services provider supporting people with disability, injury, health conditions or other barriers to find meaningful work, is hiring a Health and Wellness Advisor in Perth. You will give practical wellbeing support to clients facing mental health, psychosocial, health or vocational challenges, working with Job Coaches, employers and healthcare providers to help them build resilience and move toward sustainable employment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct wellbeing and vocational assessments
• Deliver brief, evidence-informed interventions and coaching
• Provide psychoeducation and practical wellbeing strategies
• Help clients manage barriers affecting their employment
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and compliant case notes

Required profile

• Registered Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker or Counsellor
• Experience supporting people with mental health or psychosocial challenges
• Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of applying
• Current Australian driver's licence

• Excellent organisational and documentation skills
