About the role
Glen Eira City Council is seeking a highly driven people and culture leader to take responsibility for its people operations, recruitment, business partnering and employee and industrial relations services. The role reports to the Chief People Officer and sits within the People and Culture leadership team, turning people strategy into improved HR services and stronger organisational outcomes. It covers the employee lifecycle and strengthens people-management capability, supporting change management and a positive employee experience.
The position is advertised as full-time or part-time and is open until 25 November 2026.
