Head of Operations (Property Fund Management)

About the role

Castlerock Property is seeking a Head of Operations to lead and optimise its core business functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure smooth, compliant, and reliable operations while contributing to strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, vendor management, corporate services and policy governance.
• Strengthen business continuity and operational risk controls.
• Lead HR and non‑construction WHS functions, including policy, compliance and employee relations.
• Elevate IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and data governance, managing vendor contracts.
• Guide ESG reporting, annual benchmarking and board presentations.
• Develop and mentor the operations team with clear purpose and direction.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive operational excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior operations leadership in property, financial services or a similar industry.
• Hands‑on experience owning HR, IT and WHS functions with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of governance, confidentiality and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, sound judgement and effective communication skills.
