Head of Marketing

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing function for Rener Health Products, a leading Western Australian distributor of natural medicines and alternative healthcare products. Reporting to the CEO of Team Medical Supplies, you will shape the next chapter of the business while preserving its strong practitioner relationships and specialist knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the marketing team, budget, campaign calendar, supplier commitments, education programmes and events after a structured six‑month handover.
• Maintain momentum, identify growth opportunities and introduce well‑considered ideas as your knowledge of the business deepens.
• Protect and build on existing customer, supplier and product relationships that underpin the company’s success.

Required profile

• Experienced marketing leader with a strategic perspective who stays close to day‑to‑day work.
• Warm, credible, approachable and proactive, able to balance fresh thinking with respect for existing knowledge.
• Hands‑on, adaptable and comfortable contributing as an active member of a close‑knit leadership team.

Required skills

• Proven ability to lead people and manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated track record of linking marketing activity to customer engagement, retention and commercial outcomes.
